Spam Emails Sell Drugs

Tired of those SPAM emails that offer drugs? I must get 10 – 20 a day offering me Viagra and another 10 selling numerous other drugs. Do you think anyone really falls for these ads? Would you trust someone who was selling drugs (I know – doctors prefer we call it medication) through SPAM email? Seems to me like buying from one of these emails could be a near death experience – you don’t know what they’re really putting in the pills.

Small Business an Excuse for Poor Customer Service?

Can you use the fact that you’re a small business as an excuse for not having good customer service? Over the years I’ve read complaints from customers who say they’ve called one small company or another 20-30 times to try to get a matter resolved (some are emailing now), but the company doesn’t call them back.
